This past week on April 21 Marissa and Jake had their baby Will Maxfield born to them. Unfortunately our Heavenly Father needed him right back and he only stayed a few hours with us. He was a strong little guy and we all have felt his spirit touch our hearts. Marissa and Jake are such great examples to us (me) with their strong testimonies of how our Heavenly Father has a plan for us even though we are not always ready for what he has for us to do. I am blessed to have such a wonderful family around me and to be close to my boys my daughters and grand children to see them often and to have that love that only comes from being together. Our prayers are with Marissa and Jake and Sydney that peace will be with them.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. It's heartbreaking, and I really don't know how we could cope with a loss like that without knowing what we know about our Father in Heaven and His great love for us.

Lynn and Scott - We were so saddened by your news about Jake and Marissa. I thought two miscarriages were awful, but to imagine a few hours WITH the baby and then have to say good by must be the worst!! Please tell them our hearts grieve for them and that knowing they will have him again helps....but that's still hard --it seems so distant! We think of you all often. Love you!
