Scott and I were able to go for a little get away this past weekend! We flew to Las Vegas and rented a car and went down to see his sisters, Janet and Bonnie in Quartzsite Arizona. They spend the winter there every year. We went to Mexico for a few hours and got some stuff, and had a wonderful visit. Scott went to play golf one afternoon, the weather was high 70's to mid 80's. The car we rented was a Enclave by Buick and we have been thinking about getting one in the future and it was really nice...made us want it sooner! We went to see Hoover Dam, they are building a new bridge over it and that was really awesome! It isn't finished and the way that they do it was really interesting. We went down to the strip in Vegas and went to see the fountains at the Bellagio and they were really fun, beautiful and awesome! Also we went to Cesar's Palace and went through that mall...we must of walked 10 miles that day! We ate really good food and had a fun time together. I took the camera but of course the battery was dead!!!

The battery was dead? Sure, Aunt Lynn...that's what they all say. After all, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!

Wow, you're just getting out of town a lot lately, eh? Sounds like fun. I'm glad you're able to spend some time with Scott. Next time make sure your battery is charged so we can enjoy the experience as well. Hope you are doing well. We love you both.
